The only thing that we have not tried yet is Installing quickbooks onto a network share and trying to run it from a network location, so it is not locally installed (which was a suggestion I found while googling). After a computer crash I installed my original quickbooks 2007/2008 on a new machine with Windows 10. We have tried multiple solutions that we found on the net (One Here ) however it seems to be a permission issue as nothing has changed or worked for any other user except the Domain Administrator. Now we are having a problem where if we log in as the Domain Administrator and open Quickbooks and then open the company file everything is fine, however if we open quickbooks logged in as a user go to open the company file we get the following error: "Windows Cannot open this file (dialog box) CompPage.qpg What do you want to do?" Even if we give the user domain admin rights we still get this error, but not when logged in as the Domain Administrator. QuickBooks®: Premier Accountant Edition 2008 helps accountants succeed and work more efficiently with clients. We eventually got it sorted by giving users full access permissions to a couple of registry keys, and then running Quickbooks in Windows 2000 compatibality mode. We looked at the Premier version, and find it extremely useful for people who use online banking and other online tools to maintain and grow their businesses. Helping small businesses connect to the rest of the world is a major theme in the recently released suite of QuickBooks 2009 products. The problem is, we now have a situation where we have sold a Terminal server into a client of our for remote access and one of the requirements was that they needed access to Quickbooks (they have premier edition not enterprise). Hi guys, im wondering if anyone has had an success in getting Quickbooks Premier to work on MS Terminal Server 2003? I realise that there is an issue with Premier and Terminal server in that the only version supported by Quicken is Enterprise Edition.
